An American Summer Party

Groovetown_Assault_Sweetwater_Brewery

Featuring Groove Town Assault & SweetWater Brewery.

The warm, breezy weather on Hilton Head Island captures the essence of summer and American traditions. Summer vacation and bright ocean sands are what make summers on Hilton Head so enjoyable.

On July 30th, we are hosting an American Summer Party to celebrate the American traditions of summer! Come join us with Groove Town Assault for a night of dawgs, brews & grooves. The band covers a wide variety of music featuring rock, funk, and reggae.

Also joining the summer fun will be SweetWater Brewing Company from Atlanta, GA. SweetWater will be providing a tasting test for a variety of selected craft beers.

Be sure to come early and catch the Meat Wagon! We will be having hotdogs for $2 in honor of National Hot Dog Month.

The event kicks off at 8pm with music starting at 9pm. Don’t forget to visit our Facebook page and RSVP to the event!

The Ohio-Bowl

With a win over the Vikings last week, the Cleveland Browns stand poised to carry their momentum into tomorrow’s game versus the Cincinnati Bengals. After losing Trent Richardson to a trade with Indianapolis, and Brandon Weeden to a thumb injury, the team proved capable of handling adversity. While the victor of the Ohio-Bowl, as some are dubbing this week’s matchup, has yet to be determined, the best place to watch the Browns on Hilton Head this Sunday is definitive: Street Meet the American Tavern. As Hilton Head Island’s only “Browns Backers Bar” registered with the NFL, Street Meet is by far the premiere location for a Browns fan on Sunday. With fan group sizes ranging between 100-200 people, outdoor and indoor seating, delicious food and cold beer, and unbeatable weather, the only place a Browns fan would rather be is in First Energy Stadium.

Come out and Join the friendly staff and rest of the Browns fans on Hilton Head this weekend at Street Meet! Call us for more information at: 843-842-2570, or visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/streetmeethhi
